Refund Policy

Renderha sells subscription plans and one-time credit packs for a digital service. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment partner and merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.

1. Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal (Pricing page, Manage billing).
  • Your plan, and any credits you already received, stay usable until the end of the paid period.
  • After that the subscription simply ends; no further charges are made.

2. What is refundable

  • Unused subscriptions: if you were charged and have not consumed credits from that charge, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it. This applies to the current billing period only.
  • Unused credit packs: one-time packs are refundable within 14 days if the credits have not been spent.
  • Consumed credits: credits spent on renders and other generations pay for compute that has already run, so they are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Faulty results caused by a service error: tell us and we will re-run the job, restore the credits, or refund the charge, whichever fits best.

Refunds are meant for genuine mistakes, not as a way to use the Service for free. Repeated refund requests on the same account may be declined.

3. How to request a refund

Email billing@renderha.ai from your account email, or use the link in the Paddle receipt that was emailed to you after purchase. We respond within 2 business days.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where those laws grant you a broader refund right, that right applies.
